I’m teaching two classes a week online via Zoom. Sunday mornings from 1030am – 1145am a morning, Hatha flow and then Tuesday evenings at 7pm-8.15pm a wind down evening Yin yoga. Il also be offering some meditations and Yoga Nidra.
