Expect Meditation, Hatha and Yin Yoga then beautifully finished with a Savasana.

A nourishing 4 hour workshop made up of yoga, meditation, nature surrounds and a Yoga Nidra - Starts 10am - 2pm
In the first half of the class we will set our intentions
Each Wednesday evening 1745-1845pm
Yin/Yang Yoga class - incorporating both movement and stillness. The class starts with a grounding meditation, then a yoga flow with some held postures for strength and balance. Finally winding down into some restorative yoga before moving into a relaxing Savasana with essential oils.
