One to one yoga classes can help you gain a more thorough understanding of yoga and it’s origins. If you are a beginner, it might be worth organising a private session with me before joining a class, to familiarise yourself with the practice and gain some basic yoga skills.
Not only do one to one classes help you gain a more thorough understanding of yoga as an exercise form, they also allow me to give you a personalised yoga exercise plan to address specific needs, something which is not possible in group classes.
£25 per hour via Zoom Online or In-Person depending on location
