I’m taking my Yoga classes outside this SUMMER. Pop up yoga classes in Worthings beautiful Beach House Park (55 Lyndhurst Rd, Worthing BN11 2DB)
Expect Meditation, Hatha and Yin Yoga then beautifully finished with a Savasana.
Please bring your own mat and anything else to support your practice. A blanket for Savasana would also be nice.
Classes will last 1 hour
